I was calling about book errors in Sunrise on the Reaping. No one answered, so I hung up.

Get an email or real phone number. Im an editor myself, and theres been many inconsistencies and errors.

This book wouldnt have left my office this way! Please fix it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. The financial form was completed with me on the phone and emailed immediately. I suppose they should just call in like I did.

I had to fill in a form in order to be connected to a live representative. This was online of course.

That was inconvenient as we were in the middle of running the Book Fair. It was unnecessary time spent.

The rep did try to encourage me to do my restock order online from the Host Hub, but my time was so limited before the next class of students was coming to browse/buy at the Fair. I explained that to her and she was more than willing to assist me over the phone.

Hello,

I've really enjoyed using Scholastic in my classroom this year and have placed several orders throughout the school year. However, my most recent order (Order #7816****) was never delivered.

I placed the order before our spring break, and unfortunately, when we returned, it was not there. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the family order.

Could you please look into this and let me know if a replacement can be sent?

False harassment accusations

I was let go after the company did an investigation on the matter. And then my supervisor refused twice now to give me the number to file my own complaints because he knows the employees ACTUALLY harrassed me and he sat back and let it happen because it was a joke

User's recommendation: Stay FAR away from this company. Anyone can say anything to any “higher up” employee and youll be fried. Doesnt matter if you actually did it or said it or not. Shameful.

Economics Highschool Project

Hi! My name is Ashley Ross, and I attend a small Christian Private school in Grand Prairie, TX.

I am currently in 12th grade, and as a final economics project, I have to create a small business. Since I love reading, I decided to make that my business focus and create a small independent bookstore. When I present my project to the class shark-tank-style, I have to convince classmates and unbiased students from other grades to "buy-in" to my franchise. As a way to market my business to the audience, I'd love to have something from various publishers to showcase the different publishers and genres at my store.

Is there anything you can offer as suggestions or marketing materials? Thank you so much!

Book Fair Unfair

They did not assist. I was told I was just shy of the $25 subtotal so did not qualify for the free shipping or discount from school book fair. I ended up also purchasing books from the actual fair as well.

Best Costomer Service Representative!

I made a good size order and noticed my card was declined... Yikes...

I checked my card and it was locked. I called, and the representative walked me through making a payment without making me feel stupid... Not only that, but I love that they sent the books and were just willing to post my bill again. This company seems to care about their customers and the future generation.

I have ordered from them for years and never had a problem. The one time I do have a problem, it's my fault, and they still fixed it for me!!!

Did not receive four books that we paid for on February 6 that was supposed to be sent to our childs school and to her teacher. We have a summary from March 6 that we paid for these four books at $23.41 but her teacher says its not even on her list or account.

The childs name is:

Shaelyn Denney, first grade, at LeRoy Elementary, LeRoy, Illinois.

Her teacher is Mrs.

White and Mrs. Whites order number is.139YY

We paid for four books at the price of $23.41 total with a debit card ending in 6802.

The four books are:

*Pete, the cat the great leprechaun chase

*Lillys purple plastic purse

* LankyBox: Epic adventure

* How to catch a leprechaun

Please resolve this soon and send the books to the school!

Added money to my daughters e-wallet under a school district she hasnt attended for 3 years (they still emailed me). Resolved immediately

Unsure why pissed consumer had any part in this as I Google searched scholastic contact number and this!? Anyway, anyway scholastic was great

Customer Service is wonderful

I received an email saying that my payment was declined (card was locked). I called and she answered right away.

I explained my issue and she said no problem, just unlock your card and we can transfer you to someone why takes care of payments or you can go online and make the payment again. She stayed on the phone and talked me through where to go.

Service was 10 out of 10!

I'm trying to track down a pre-order through the Harry Potter Fan Club for 'Christmas at Hogwarts'. I do not have an order number, but the order would have been placed towards the end of February or the first of March using one of these emails: lydia5198@***.com, lhamann@***.us, or ed3645@***.com.

Books not received again

I ordered a set of books in November and did not receive them, so I called and they were sent again on December 5. When I try to track them with the tracking number you gave me, it says they can't be found. I need these books for a gift on December 21.
